Machine Requirements |
Any treadle or hand crank sewing machine | ||

Block |
4-patch (instructions here). | ||
| Size | 6½" by 6½". This is the ACTUAL size of the block that you send to your hostess. |

Set Size |
12 blocks per set. There is no limit on the number of sets you make, BUT the more you make, the greater the likelihood that you will receive duplicate blocks. If you do send in multiple sets, use different fabrics for each set so that they won't be identical if someone does get more than one of your blocks. | ||

| Registering | Contact (hostess) to sign up for the Spring 2012 TOBE. Don't worry if you sign up and life prevents you from participating in the end. It's no big deal! TOBEs are supposed to be fun, not stressful. | ||

The Fall TOBE will be half square triangles (HSTs). HSTs and 4-patches can be combined to make lots of wonderful quilt patterns, including Jewel Box, Underground Railroad, and Jacob's Ladder. | ||
